Superhero Training: The Squat

Muscle Building, Better Balance: Squats are the ultimate tool for building muscle in your legs (quads, hamstring, calves). They also help to strengthen the muscles in your core. If your core isn't strong enough, you'll fall over every time you squat! This is especially true as we all get older. Squatting now will help build strength in your legs and core that will help you later in life.

Injury Prevention: Doing squats regularly helps to improve flexibility, and in turn, prevent injuries to your knees, ligaments, ankles, and hips.

Increase Athleticism: Want to run faster? Jump higher? Do Squats. It's why the movement is a major part of any athletic training program
