TIPS TO FALL ASLEEP FASTER

  • Exercise Regularly
  • Unplug/Turn Off All Devices 1 Hour Before Bed
  • Don’t Bring Your Work To Bed
  • Read A Book Before Bed

  • Schedule Your Bedtime
  • Create A “Ready For Bed” Routine
  • No Caffeine, Alcohol, Or Greasy Food
  • Keep your bedroom quiet and dark
  • Meditate / Relax For 5-10 Minutes Before Bed
